The Adult Care Center is licensed by the Department of Social Services, the Veterans Administration, and the Virginia Medical Assistance Program. The Center is staffed by an Executive Director, a Business Manager, a Health Care Manager, and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). The ratio of medical personnel to participants is 1:6. All staff are certified in CPR and First Aid. We are happy to discuss any questions you may have with you and your family. We have also listed some of our most frequently asked questions below.
Fees are charged monthly in advance:
4 days/month $ 300
8 days/month $ 520
12 days/month $ 780
16 days/month $1008
20+ days/month $1235
Financial assistance may be available based on income. Medicaid is accepted with qualifying criteria. The Veterans Administration provides financial assistance to veterans receiving services through the VAMC/Salem and who meet the criteria for adult day care services.

Our friendly, home-like center is located at 621 Court Street, in historic downtown Lynchburg, on the lower level of Court Street United Methodist Church. The entrance to the center is on the west side of the building by the playground.
